Carney Title is a team of title professionals with over 100 years of collective title experience. We serve the Nashville real estate marketplace, and are obsessed with meeting our clients' real estate transaction goals. At Carney Title, we leverage our knowledge of technology and communications tools to provide our clients with a best in class closing experience.
At Carney Title, each transaction is coordinated by one assigned team member. We do this intentionally - to ensure that each client feels that they are an important part of the real estate process, and to provide the responsiveness that is critical to delivering a successful transaction.

Loy Carney
For over twenty years, Loy Carney has been a leader in the Nashville, Tennessee title industry. As President of Carney Title, Loy leads a team of Nashville's finest seasoned and driven title professionals.
Loy is a licensed Tennessee Attorney, and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of Tennessee. He is an 8th generation Nashville native who was born in St. Thomas - Midtown (formerly Baptist Hospital), and initially lived in the Cleveland Park community in Nashville.
Afterward he has called the following neighborhoods/communities home: Goodlettsville, Madison, Hendersonville, Bellevue, Franklin, Brentwood. Currently, Loy lives and works in the 12-South/Belmont neighborhood, and loves the walkability of the community.
Loy graduated from Hendersonville High School, and later acquired his business degree from Belmont University. He also obtained his law degree locally at the Nashville School of Law, which he attended while working in the real estate industry.
